The Dartmouth Steam Railway were the big winners at the 2021 Heritage Railway Association (HRA) awards – which were hosted virtually due to COVID-19.
A classic 1940s express steam locomotive has returned to the Swanage Railway after an extensive three year £350,000 overhaul by its owners.
The first visitors to Locomotion in Shildon can now book their tickets online ahead of the museum’s reopening on Wednesday 19 May.
Families and rail enthusiasts will soon be able to visit the National Railway Museum, as free tickets are released from today (April 26).
